30-day returns

If you change your mind, you can return an item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.

To start a return, email support@ozonlinedepot.com.au with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Faulty or incorrect items

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method; your bank may take a few business days to process it.
